Currently managing EVERRA Real Estate handling sales and rentals in selected key areas in Metro Manila and Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Deals with project selling, now slowly joining the general brokerage stream.

Actively serving as member of PAREB(Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, Inc) under local board Pasay-Makati Realtors® Board(PMRB), Inc., 2007 Asst. Board Secretary, 2008 Director and 2009 PRO/Director.

I had been in the real estate business since 2001 as an in-house agent then joined my local board late in 2005. Now I'm working independently under my license as a Real Estate Broker. Being a member of PAREB, I am proudly a Realtor®, regularly attending required continuing education programs (CEPs)s required to renew my license; also conventions and seminars to update me on real estate. I associate myself with other Realtors® and real estate professionals who share the same work ethics and love for this profession as I do. My work is based on professionalism, ethics and courtesy with customers, co-Realtors® and the general public.

Basically, I love meeting people, making new friends, and helping them accomplish their goals, in this case, finding their dream homes or otherwise selling theirs. Being a Realtor® is synonymous with being a true real estate professional who spend time and effort in improving ones skill on real estate dealings. Such authority was conferred to PAREB pursuant to an agreement signed on November 2, 1960 at the Ceremonial Hall of Malacañang Palace by then NAREB President C. Armel Nutter and then PAREB President Antonio Varias and witnessed by then Philippine President, Carlos P. Garcia and the US Ambassador, John D. Hickerson.

The NAREB-PAREB Agreement provides that "the emblem seal and the term REALTOR® should be used and employed exclusively within the Philippines by PAREB xxx." and that PAREB shall, among others, "permit said term to be used by the Association and members thereof who subscribe to the Code of Ethics xxx."
